By Air: The Fastest Way to San Blas

For those looking for the quickest and most scenic route, a private flight from Albrook Airport (PAC) to Corazón de Jesús is the perfect choice. This flight lasts between 40 to 50 minutes, offering breathtaking aerial views of Panama City and the pristine San Blas archipelago. While it’s the most exclusive option, it’s a fantastic way to save time and add another incredible experience to your vacation.

By Land & Sea: The 4×4 & Boat Journey

For a more immersive journey, we recommend Lam Tour for your Panama to San Blas transport. The adventure begins with a 4×4 vehicle picking you up from your Panama City hotel between 5:00 and 5:30 a.m. (or from Tocumen Airport by 6:00 a.m.).

The drive to the Port of Cartí takes approximately 3 to 4 hours, during which you’ll pass through the beautiful Panamanian countryside. Upon arrival at the port, you will be required to pay a $22 per person fee for the Guna Yala territory entrance and port taxes. A speedboat will then be waiting to take you to our boat, a journey that typically lasts about 30 minutes.

Return Trip Details:

For your return trip, the speedboat can pick you up from our boat at two different times:

• 7:30 a.m. Pick-up: Arriving at Cartí by 8:00 a.m., your 4×4 will be ready to take you back to Panama City, arriving around 11:30 a.m.
• 3:00 p.m. Pick-up: Arriving at Cartí by 3:30 p.m., you will be back in Panama City around 7:30 p.m.

Transportation Prices:

• 4×4 Transport from Panama City + Speedboat from Cartí to San Blas: $150 per person (round trip).
